Our highly-skilled team has a wealth of experience managing the delivery of some of Sydney’s most recognisable landmarks; from A-grade commercial office towers such as 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney and 1 Shelley Street, Sydney to major mixed-use projects such as King Street Wharf and the redevelopment of Royal Randwick Racecourse as well as many other Sydney CBD and metropolitan projects. Andrew Steventon

With over 20 years in the design, tenant advisory, construction and development industries, Andrew has managed a range of stakeholders, including councils, building owners, clients, developers, contractors, financiers, consultants, lawyers, operators, contractors and many more. Andrew has a proven track record in on-time delivery, insisting on high quality finishes, safely delivered operations and strict budget management. At Solutions Consulting Australia, Andrew is currently working with AMP Services, CIMIC Group and Charter Hall, amongst others. Andrew’s experience extends across all stages of the development lifecycle, including project design, construction and facilities management. He has worked on small and large projects across a range of asset classes, including commercial, residential, recreational and retail.
Hutch Bykerk

Hutch is known for always exceeding client expectations and project deliverables. Thomas Lay

Thomas is a qualified architect and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in business strategy. With prior experience in senior roles at APP Corporation and commercial and boutique residential development offices, Thomas specialises in combining commercial acumen with a comprehensive technical knowledge of the property development process. Thomas has a proven record in developing strategic directions, building successful collaborative teams and driving value-added project outcomes on multiple award-winning projects, on time and on budget.
Gary Singh

He holds a Master’s in Property Development. His expertise spans planning and authority approvals, design management, design competitions, strategic procurement and contract superintendency, with experience in new developments, full-building upgrades, complex fitouts and heritage adaptive reuse, including delivery within live operational environments. Known for his attention to detail and strong program management, Gary takes ownership from planning through delivery, resolving technical challenges, aligning stakeholders and driving contractor performance. He brings a rigorous, hands-on approach to delivering quality outcomes and achieving project objectives that meet client expectations.

John Reed

His career includes senior roles with TSA Riley, the Australian Federal Police, Xact Project Consultants and LFA Architects and Planners. He has extensive experience across workplace fit-outs, major capital works, refurbishments and specialist government facilities. John brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, procurement, project planning, design management, risk and value management, with a strong focus on successful project delivery and client outcomes.
Kelly Bray
